iT360 wins SMB Partner at Reseller News Awards 2026

We won! 🏆

On Thursday night, iT360 was named the winner of the SMB Partner award at the Reseller News Innovation Awards 2026, held at the Cordis in Auckland in front of more than 400 people from across New Zealand’s tech industry.

We’re still smiling.

What the award is

Now in their eleventh year, the Innovation Awards recognise the best work happening across the New Zealand IT channel. This year there were 200 nominations, with 170 finalists from 75 organisations making the shortlist.

The SMB award, part of the Partner category, recognises the IT partner delivering the most innovative work for businesses with fewer than 100 people. That’s exactly who we work with every day, which makes this one feel especially good.

The judges recognised our work in bringing AI to a family owned business, turning years of knowledge held by a few key people into something the whole team can use. Their summary said it better than we could: “game changing AI isn’t just for big businesses.”

That’s been our belief for a while now. It’s great to have it recognised.

Why we won

Awards are nice, but they’re built on everything that happens before the night itself.

Our customers. You trust us with your businesses, you’re open to new ideas, and you tell us straight when something needs to change. A lot of what we’ve built started with one of you asking “could we do this better?” This award belongs to you as much as us.

Our team. The people answering your calls, solving problems you never hear about, and building things that didn’t exist a year ago. We’re incredibly proud of them.

Our CEO, Dave Wilson. Dave was early in seeing that AI would matter just as much for New Zealand’s small and medium businesses as it would for the big end of town, and he’s pushed us to build for that. Dave was also a finalist for Management Excellence on the night, which made it even better.

Good company

Congratulations to our fellow SMB finalists: Advantage, Both Brains, Delta Insights, Lexel Systems and Vega Global, and to every winner and finalist across the night. It’s a strong industry to be part of.

What this means for you

The same thinking that won this award is available to every one of our customers. If there’s a process in your business that relies on one person, eats up hours every week, or just feels harder than it should be, there’s a good chance AI can help.

Not sure where to start? Have a chat with your Account Manager, or book a time with our team. We’d love to show you what’s possible.

Thank you for being part of this. Now, back to work. There’s plenty more to build. 🚀
