Not AI in general. These are the specific workflows we automate in this industry, and the reason this page exists.
AML client verification
ID and address documents collected, checked and filed against the client with a trail of who verified what and when.
Listing and marketing copy
First-draft listing copy, schedules and campaign material built from the property details, ready for the agent to edit.
Appraisal preparation
Comparable sales and property history pulled together into an appraisal pack instead of assembled by hand each time.
Buyer follow-up
Open home enquiries followed up automatically and consistently, so warm buyers don't go cold over a busy week.
Commission and invoicing
Commission splits and invoices prepared from the deal record, with overdue accounts chased without a phone call.
What your clients and insurers now ask you to prove.
Real estate agencies are reporting entities under the AML/CFT Act, and the verification requirements tightened again on 1 July 2026. We make the systems side of that unremarkable: client verification documents captured through one channel, held securely, accessible only to the people who need them, with a timestamped record of who checked what. When you're audited you produce a trail rather than reconstructing one from three inboxes.
The bigger financial risk is deposit and settlement fraud, which arrives as a plausible email rather than anything technical. We put MFA on every account, monitoring that flags a login from somewhere it shouldn't be, and back it with the rule that saves firms: bank details are confirmed by voice on a number you already had. Every agreement includes a cyber security assessment so you know your real position early.

Frequently asked questions
Our agents are never in the office. Does support still work?
Yes, that's the normal case rather than the awkward one. Support is remote first, so an agent stuck in a car before an open home gets a person on the phone in about 25 minutes, and inside the hour when it's stopping them working. Phones, laptops and tablets are all covered, not just the machines that sit in the office.
Agents use their own phones. Is that a problem?
It is if nothing separates the company's data from their personal life, which is usually the situation we find. The fix isn't taking their phone off them. It's putting the company's email, files and client data into a managed space on the device, so it's protected, and so it can be removed cleanly when the agent leaves without touching their photos. That last part matters more than people expect, because agents move agencies.
What does the AML side actually look like day to day?
It means the evidence exists without anyone assembling it. Verification documents come in through one channel, get checked, and sit against the client record with a timestamp and a name attached. Access is limited to the people who need it. We don't advise on your AML programme, that's your compliance adviser's job, but we make sure the systems support what your programme says you do.
How do we stop a deposit being paid into the wrong account?
Layers, and one rule. The technical layers are MFA on every account, monitoring that spots a login from somewhere odd, and external email warnings so a spoofed address is visible. The rule is that bank details are never accepted or changed on the strength of an email, and are always confirmed by voice on a number you already had. The technology gives you the chance to catch it, the rule is what actually catches it.
Will AI write listings that sound like every other agency?
It will if you let it write the final copy, which is why we don't build it that way. It drafts from the property's actual details and your agency's voice, and an agent edits before anything goes out. Used properly it removes the blank page and the schedule admin, not the judgement about how a property should be presented. If it starts sounding generic, that's a sign it's being used as a publisher rather than a first draft.
What does this cost?
Managed IT is a fixed monthly fee per person covering helpdesk, monitoring, maintenance, backups and the security baseline. Automation is quoted per build against a fixed scope. What it comes to depends on agent numbers, devices, offices and how much of your stack needs connecting, so any number on a website would be made up. The review costs nothing and you'll have real pricing before you decide anything.
