Challenge

Waterware’s finance team faced a time-intensive and error-prone process when manually raising sales orders and reconciling purchase orders against invoices. The workload was high, the margin for error was real, and valuable time was being lost to repetitive tasks.

“It’s very time consuming to manually raise sales orders and reconcile POs with invoices. We had to take great care entering everything correctly to avoid mistakes.”

— Danielle, Waterware

Our Approach

iT360 worked closely with Waterware to deliver a tailored AI & Automation solution focused on reducing manual intervention in their PO and invoice workflows.

From discovery to implementation, our team took full ownership of the outcome. Dave (from our automation team) was instrumental in aligning the solution with Waterware’s specific needs, ensuring accuracy, ease of use, and long-term sustainability.

“Amazing – Dave has been great to work with and very helpful in explaining how the tools work.”

— Danielle, Waterware

The Impact

Since implementing the solution, Waterware has seen an immediate reduction in manual workload. The process is now faster, more accurate, and allows their team to focus on higher-value tasks.

Key outcomes:

  • Reduced manual workload
  • Immediate results post-implementation
  • Improved accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
  • Strong collaborative partnership

“The immediate value for me is how it is ingesting information from a PDF and applying it into our workflow. This is the start of a much better way of doing things.”

— Danielle, Waterware

What’s Next?

While it’s still early days, the groundwork is set for expanding automation further across Waterware’s finance team. This initial success highlights how AI can unlock real productivity and pave the way for smarter business operations.
