Credit Account Application

I certify that the above information is true and correct and that I am authorised to make this application for credit. I have read and understand iT360 Limited's TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE (refer to https://iT360.co.nz/terms-and-conditions/ ) which form part of and are intended to be read in conjunction with this Credit Account Application and agree to be bound by these conditions.

This includes any Special Conditions of Sale. Refer to Clause 4. Payment Terms.
This application is for a credit account due to be paid on the 20th of the month following the Invoice or Dispatch and/or Item Ordered and/or Taken on Credit.
The exception to this is related to the MSA monthly invoices.

Monthly MSA and/or recurring Service Invoices are payable monthly in advance on the 1st of the month by automatic payment (A/P).

Should the client wish to pay via Direct Debit (D/D), the client agrees that iT360 may automatically deduct the clients' fees from the client’s registered preferred payment method.
If the client intends to change a payment method, the client must provide written notification to iT360.

Unless an invoice query is sent to iT360 by emailing accounts@iT360.co.nz or to the clients Account Manager by the 18th of the month following the invoice date, it is deemed that the said invoice is approved for payment.
